We are a nondual, intentional spiritual community nestled in Ajijic, Mexico. Our purpose is simple and profound: to wake up to the truth of who we are. At the Sangha, there is no guru—just mighty companions walking this path together in love, presence, and shared purpose.

Not at all. While our community contemplates the teachings of Regina Dawn Akers and Awakening Together, we also draw from A Course in Miracles, Sri Ramana Maharshi, Adyashanti, Eckhart Tolle, and other nondual guides. We honor all paths that lead to truth. The real teacher is within.

Each day is an invitation to live mindfully. We hold morning expression sessions five days a week where we share miracles, insights, and explore any inner resistance with gentle inquiry. There’s space for meditation, laughter, quiet reflection, and community connection. And yes, there’s also plenty of joy and fun along the way.

We have two beautiful properties, with living space for 19 residents in private rooms. Residents share kitchens, gardens, and sacred spaces. Life is lived simply, surrounded by nature and centered on a divine presence.

We are not an Airbnb or a hotel; we cater to individuals seeking a long-term home. However, there is always flexibility. If your heart is drawn here, let’s have a conversation and see what feels aligned.

No. We are an independent Spiritual community inspired by Awakening Together and other nondual teachings. There’s no dogma—just deep love, inquiry, and presence.

Residents contribute monthly toward shared living and housing costs. Rates vary by room, ranging from 12,000 pesos per month to 22,000 pesos, Including High-Speed Internet, all Utilities and weekly housekeeping. When you reach out, we’ll walk you through what’s available.

Ajijic is a magical town situated between Lake Chapala and the Sierra Madre mountains, renowned for its beauty, warmth, and vibrant international artistic community. The climate is considered one of the best in the world. And we’re only an hour from Guadalajara, a lively city with top-notch medical care, culture, and forty minutes from the international airport.

Yes, Ajijic is generally considered a safe and welcoming town, especially for expats and spiritual communities. It has a relaxed, peaceful vibe with a strong sense of community. Like anywhere in the world, it’s wise to stay aware of your surroundings, but most residents feel very comfortable walking around town, even in the evenings.

Ajijic is home to a large community of international residents, artists, and healers. Locals are kind and respectful, and the town’s laid-back lifestyle, vibrant culture, and natural beauty make it a nurturing environment for spiritual living. Its proximity to Guadalajara also ensures access to modern conveniences and excellent medical care.

Villa del Ángel, one of our two properties, has multiple stairs and split levels, and may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges. Casa de Amor is more accessible, with fewer steps.

Keep in mind: Ajijic’s charming cobblestone streets and uneven sidewalks add character but may require extra care when walking. Supportive footwear is recommended.

Not necessarily. While knowing Spanish can enrich your experience, it’s not required. Many locals speak some English, especially in Ajijic’s vibrant international community. A few kind words like gracias and por favor, plus a friendly smile, go a long way.
